Abstract
|

|
Authors has experienced two rases of Duchene type of muscular dystrophy in 3 years oid female child and in her 2 years old sister.
Initiai symptoms were fr:quent fall and waddling gait in these two cases which has began to develop at the age of 4 years in elder sister and at the age of 2 years in younger sister.
Diagnosis has confirmed by clinical symptoms, urine findings, muscle biopsy and with electromyography.
Weakness and atrophy of the skeletal muscles have been progressed insidiously as tl e days go on for the past 5 years in elder sister but she can walk atone until this year.
